Bio
Bobby Bourke was one of the first councillors of the Bathurst Regional council in 2005, following The Bathurst City Council and Evans Shire Council being dissolved and the Bathurst Regional Council being founded in 2004. He has previously held the title of mayor and has been on council for over 13 years.
In previous years, he had supported the Velocity Park second track development, and promoted renewable energy resources for the town. He has also opposed the raising of the Chifley Dam wall for a second time. As a councillor he has expressed his support for the Bathurst Integrated Medical Centre.
